Bluuuueeeberrrriesss

I have discovered my new favorite snack. Almost every night, I have a small bowl of frozen blueberries (it's what is keeping me sane while I do a sugar free diet). But tonight, for some reason, I decided to pour heavy whipping cream over them. I was thrilled to discovered that, a few seconds later, the cream had hardened into a shell over the berries. So basically it's just a half-cup/full cup of blueberries and you pour a tablespoon or two (guesstimating here) or however much of the whipping cream you want over it. The end. It freezes onto the berries and there you go, immediate joy.

  1. You............sugar free diet? What about Chocolate?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!? Wow....good for you! I am trying to get into better eating habits as well. Drinking distilled water, less sugar and more vegetables...exercising at least 30 minutes a day.....trying to get healthy. :) Congrats :)

    1. I know! I miss chocolate like crazy, I've only had a few pieces of very dark chocolate in the past three weeks and it's killing me. O_O But other than that it's going well. I hope your habits stick too!
